COMMERCIAL ENERGY ASSESSMENT / ENERGY PERFORMACE CERTIFICATES

Currently all commercial properties over 2,500 square metres are required by law to provide an Energy Performance Certificate or EPC for short when they are rented, sold or constructed.

From the 1st of October 2008 all commercial buildings (including buildings under 2,500 metres square) will require an EPC when they are rented, sold or constructed.

Juice Energy offer complete Commercial Energy Assessment and Energy Performance Certification packages for commercial premises across the UK. As a forward thinking relationship based company we are keen to work with our customers on an individual premises/ad-hoc basis or on a multiple-site contract based arrangement.

1. Air Conditioning Systems over 250kW - 4th January 2009
2. All remaining Air Conditioning Systems over 12 kW - 4th January 2011
